- Deepening understanding of PostgreSQL HNSW vs. IVFFlat indexing performance with high-dimensional embeddings.
- Local small language model quantization (GGUF / llama.cpp / vLLM) for low-latency edge servers.
- Advanced Linux kernel networking, eBPF fundamentals, and VPS security hardening.

- Clinical knowledge governance: preventing hallucinations in medical terminology retrieval.
- Hybrid search strategies combining BM25 full-text search with dense semantic vector rankings.
